While we try to answer all emails in a timely manner, understand that we are an all volunteer run organization with full time jobs, families, and our own pets.

We operate strictly with foster homes and can only take dogs in when a foster is available. We cannot accept dogs with a known bite whether or not it was reported.

Our priority is to the dogs of the Greater Chicagoland and Milwaukee areas and will, on occasion or with special circumstances, consider other areas.

If you need to give up your pet, please give specific details as to why you need to rehome and if you are able to continue to hold onto your pet while it is waiting for a forever home.
